We present one of the extra virgin olive oil varieties that most characterize Oro de La Puerta; Early Harvest EVOO is an EVOO made from green olives, harvested by hand in November.
Note that this variety of extra virgin olive oil is made 100% with green olives of the variety Picual , from high mountain olive trees .
Finally, it is worth noting that all of our aoves are made with olives from high mountain olive groves in La Sierra de Segura.
Also note that in our traditional olive grove we do not use pesticides or other types of chemicals.
