We present one of the varieties of extra virgin olive oil that most characterizes Oro de La Puerta; Early Harvest Evoo is an Evoo made from green olives, harvested by hand in the month of November.

It should be noted that this variety of extra virgin olive oil is made 100% with green olives of the Picual variety, from high mountain olive trees.

Finally, it is worth noting that all of our aoves are made with olives from the high mountain olive groves of La Sierra de Segura.

Also note that in our traditional olive grove we do not use pesticides or other types of chemicals.
