The Selection Extra Virgin Olive Oil Savings Pack is made from ripe olives of the Picual variety from Olivar de Alta Montaña de Jaén, from the harvest not harvested in the production of our aoves Agouros and Early Harvest .

It should be noted that the most significant difference of this type of EVOO is its intensity and bitterness, since when it is made with much more mature olives, we obtain an extra virgin olive oil with almost identical properties but much softer in flavor and intensity.
