Our selection EVOO is made from the rest of olives not harvested from our harvest, it is developed at the end of November and beginning of December before the fruit falls to the ground to obtain an excellent extra virgin mountain oil, an oil with body and fruity for our kitchens.
It should be noted that this type of oil is made to satisfy all the needs of our customers, since its production is made from ripe olives, with which we get a softer and less spicy extra virgin olive oil ideal for children.
Selection EVOO is an olive oil with Denomination of Origin Sierra de Segura.
